Eyes:Large and slanted ;Green at first then go a pretty Pinky,purplish colour after absorbing #17 and #18 (red in some illustrations)
Skin: confusing, Green then Greyish white, deep purple facial markings
Clothing/exoskeleton:*gah* just terrible
build:freakishly tall, huge shoulders, coffee grinder waist, proportional Wings/tegmen/tail
can do: that nifty Barrier thing, Bukujutsu, giving birth to live young, Kame Hame Ha, Kienzan, Kikoho,Makankosappo, Power Draining,Shunkanido,Yelling really really loudly, Zanzoken,Furiza Beam ,Kyushyu, Taiyoken

Cell was an abandoned project of Dr Gero (who was too busy molesting #17 and #18 and watching trash talkshows in his yellow old y-fronts to finish poor Cell). Made using the genetic material of the universe's best fighters (it's better not to think about how Dr Gero got hold of this D.N.A...that whole needled bug thing was a lie dammit!) and completed by Dr Gero's computer (after the Good Doctor tired of the project) .Cell turned up a few years late; after everones favourite boy wonder future Trunks had destroyed #17 and #18 in his time, which Cell needed to absorb to evolve (ala pokemon) into "perfect Cell" so Cell kicked Trunk's booty and car jacked his time machine back to when the androids still existed. Cell flits about absorbing people and #17 and #18 like a delightful little sponge (WTF?).He then holds a tourniment where he challenges anyone and in the world to fight him, or else the Earth would be destroyed. Cell is eventually dusted by that bishy-geek Gohan with a one-handed Kame Hame Ha. Once Destroyed Cell goes on to be Freeza's Sugar Daddy in Hell *peep*
